More Birds to See

Today I saw three. They posed for me, these birds of the sea. 

Then I saw a bunch more and the poem fell apart.

Birds by the Sea

Since we live near the ocean, we get the chance to see sea birds. Or at least birds that live by the shoreline. Here are a few I've photographed. As I am not a bird-spotter, I don't know what they are (except the seagulls and pelicans).

Fallow Ground

I haven't kept up this blog. Sorry. I have been whaling, biking, and bird watching, but the birds got short shrift. I'll try to be more frequent after our vacation.
